Terms of Use

• Give true information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One person, one account. Do not use someone else's account.
• Learners under 13 need a parent's or teacher's permission.

You agree not to:

• Insult, bully, threaten or harass anyone.
• Post sexual, violent or hateful content, or anything harmful to children.
• Share phone numbers, addresses or other private contacts, yours or anyone else's.
• Post lies about people, spam, or advertising without permission.
• Cheat in challenges, or try to break, overload or copy the app.

The review team can remove content, close groups, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

• Teachers keep the rights to their own books, Sparks, solutions and marking guides.
• By publishing, a teacher allows SankofaLearn to store, show and promote that content in the app and on the web.
• Content must be correct, original or properly allowed, and suitable for learners. The review team checks it before or after it goes live.
• A teacher badge or ✓ Verified badge can be removed if the rules are broken.

Exam boards, universities and companies own their papers. Upload only papers you are allowed to share, and your own solutions. If you own a paper or any other work shown on SankofaLearn and want it removed, write to support@sankofalearn.com with the link. We remove it quickly.

Lessons, books and papers are for your personal learning. Do not sell, re-publish or share them outside the app without the teacher's permission. Downloads and pages carry your reader ID.

Most of SankofaLearn is free. When paid books or the Sankofa Pass are offered, the price, what you get and how to pay (for example MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money) will be shown clearly before you pay.

Teachers do their best, but we cannot promise that every lesson is free of mistakes or that the app will always be available. SankofaLearn is not responsible for exam results or for losses from using the app, as far as the law allows.

You can stop using SankofaLearn and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

These terms follow the laws of Cameroon. If a rule here cannot apply, the rest still applies.
