You can ask us to delete your SankofaLearn account at any time. It is free, and it is done within 30 days.

1.What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, level and subjects.
  • Your saves, follows, streaks, “Got it” taps and challenge answers.
  • Your questions, answers and photos.
  • Your group memberships.

2.What may stay

  • View and like totals (numbers only, with no name).
  • Teachers: books, Sparks and papers can be removed too. Tell us in the reason box if you want them kept for your learners.
  • A short record of review team safety actions, kept to protect users.
